Ihr Profil
- Studium Wirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (Bilanzbuchhalter, Steuerberater etc.)
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Finanzbereich, idealerweise im Maschinenbau / Mittelstand
- Erfahrung in Businessplanung, Investitionsrechnung und Finanzierung
- Unternehmerisches Denken und klare, lösungsorientierte Kommunikation
- Hands-on Mentalität kombiniert mit strategischem Blick
- Hohe IT-Affinität (ERP, BI, Reporting)
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
