- Beobachtung, Bewertung und Umsetzung gesetzlicher Änderungen im Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht
- Erstellung, Prüfung und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung aller zollrechtlich relevanten Dokumente und Meldungen
- Beantragung und Verwaltung von Bewilligungen, Genehmigungen, Ursprungszeugnissen und Präferenznachweisen
- Sicherstellung der Compliance in allen zollrelevanten Prozessen
- Steuerung und Koordination externer Transportdienstleister
- Optimierung von Transportprozessen hinsichtlich Kosten, Zeit und Qualität
- Verhandlungsführung mit Speditionen und Logistikpartnern

Ihre Aufgaben
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Außenhandel, Logistik oder Speditionswesen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zoll- und Außenwirtschaft
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im EU-/US-Zollrecht, (Re-)Exportkontrolle, Steuer- und Präferenzrecht
- Erfahrung mit ATLAS sowie gängigen ERP-Systemen
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
